Because Chew You Later boxes contain perishable, edible pet treats and personalized selections, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

However, we truly want every pup (and owner) to have a great experience.

If something isn’t right, please email us at hello@chewyoulater.com and we’ll gladly help. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• replacement chews
• adjustments to future boxes
• reshipment of missing or damaged items
• guidance to better match your dog’s chewing style

Our goal isn’t just to send a box — it’s to find what your dog actually loves.
