These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chew You Later website, products, subscriptions, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Chew You Later LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By placing an order or subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

 

2. Subscriptions & Billing

2.1 Subscription Plans

Chew You Later offers recurring subscription boxes of pet products (e.g., natural chews, toys, treats). When you subscribe, you agree to recurring charges on a monthly or otherwise selected basis until canceled.

2.2 Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees, including recurring charges (if on a subscription plan).

2.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You can manage your subscription in your account dashboard at any time.

 

 

3. Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal. However, changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming box.
We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been billed and/or shipped.

 

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (pet treats and consumables), we do not accept returns.
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us at [Hello@chewyoulater.com] within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Timeline

Our products are curated with care, but every dog is different.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • All chews and treats should be given under supervision.

  • You understand the risks associated with natural animal products (e.g., choking, allergies).

  • You are responsible for evaluating your dog’s suitability for any item we ship.

Consult your veterinarian if you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your pet.

 

 

7. Accounts & User Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to hack or interfere with our platform

  • Copying, reselling, or misrepresenting our brand or products

  • Using automated tools to harvest data or place orders

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Chew You Later website — including but not limited to images, text, graphics, videos, and branding — is the property of Chew You Later LLC or its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

 

 

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payments, logistics, or marketing. By using our Services, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of any third parties.

  • Subscription issues or shipping delays
