We know you’re excited — and your dog probably is too 🐾
Here’s exactly how shipping works.
📦 Processing Time
Each Chew You Later box is hand-packed and customized for your dog.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Subscription boxes are prepared in batches before each monthly shipment.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
🇺🇸 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
(We hope to expand in the future!)
⏱ Estimated Delivery Time
After shipping, most orders arrive within:
3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note: carriers may experience delays during holidays or severe weather, which are outside our control.
📬 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your box leaves us, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.
🐶 Subscription Shipments
Subscription boxes ship once per month.
Your billing date = your shipment cycle.
We recommend making any changes (skip, pause, size change, or cancellation) at least 48 hours before your next billing date to affect the upcoming box.
If the order has already processed or shipped, we won’t be able to stop that shipment.
📦 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
We are unable to replace or refund orders delivered to the address entered at checkout.
🚪 Marked “Delivered” But Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see the package:

Check around entrances, garages, and mail areas

Ask neighbors or household members

Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
If it still hasn’t appeared, email hello@chewyoulater.com within 5 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help open a carrier investigation.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days and include a photo of:
• the shipping box
• the items
• the packaging
We’ll make it right.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship it when possible.
❄️ Weather & Heat Conditions
Our chews are natural products. Extreme heat or cold during transit may slightly change texture or appearance but does not affect safety.
