Is this a subscription?
No. One-time order. No auto-renewal. No “skip a month” emails. When you're ready for another box, you come back and place a new order. That's it.
What if my dog has allergies?
Tell us at checkout (chicken, beef, grain, etc.) or take the quiz. Patrycja personally reads every order and works around sensitivities. This is the part nobody else does.
How long will the box last my dog?
Standard (12+ chews) gives most dogs 3-5 weeks of real chewing time. Deluxe (20 chews) typically lasts 5-8 weeks, depending on chewing style. Power chewers go through it faster, moderate chewers slower.
Are these safe for small dogs / large dogs / puppies?
Sizes are matched to your dog. Tell us your dog's weight at checkout and we'll select chews that are appropriate. We don't recommend natural chews for puppies under 4 months. Always supervise chewing.
What if my dog doesn't seem interested at first?
This is more common than people expect — especially with dogs raised on soft, processed treats. Leave the chew out somewhere your dog can find it on their own. Most dogs warm up within a few days as the natural scent develops. If after a week your dog still won't engage, the replace-free guarantee covers it.
Where do these chews come from?
European-sourced — the same suppliers that have been feeding dogs in Germany and the Netherlands for fifty years. Air-dried, single-ingredient, nothing added. No glycerin, no flavor coating, no synthetic preservatives.
